This is a Case Study about a 34 year old Filipina female with New Onset Type 1 Diabetes Mellitus. The patient was referred to the dietitian for a nutrition consult for hospital and home diet planning, as well as patient education. 

This is a Case Study about a 32 year old male who admitted to the burn center for severe burns (30% Total Body Surface Area) after an accident at a chemical plant where he works. The Dietitian was consulted for patient nutrition assessment, follow up, planning, and monitoring throughout the patient's hospital stay.
